Data Deletion Instructions

Delete Your Account and All Data

To completely delete your account and all associated data from Content Creator:

1. Log in to your account at contentcreator.app/login
2. Navigate to Settings from the dashboard sidebar
3. Scroll to the bottom of the settings page
4. Click "Delete Account" in the Danger Zone section
5. Confirm your decision when prompted

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Account Information: Email, name, profile data
• Content: All posts, captions, and generated images
• Social Media Connections: Facebook and Instagram integrations
• Settings: All preferences and configurations
• Usage Data: Activity logs and analytics

Deletion Timeline

• Immediate: Your account is deactivated and you cannot log in
• Within 30 days: All personal data is permanently deleted from our systems
• Backups: Data in encrypted backups will be deleted within 90 days

Disconnect Social Media Without Deleting Account

If you want to disconnect Facebook or Instagram without deleting your Content Creator account:

1. Go to your Content Creator dashboard
2. Select the content group from the sidebar
3. Click the "X" icon next to the social media connection you want to remove
4. Confirm the disconnection

Note: You can also revoke access through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Facebook/Instagram Data Deletion

If you've used Facebook Login or connected Instagram through Facebook, you can also request data deletion through Facebook:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy
2. Navigate to Settings → Apps and Websites
3. Find "Content Creator" in the list
4. Click "Remove" and follow the prompts
